Kathy Olsen, PhD, RN
Kathy is the current Membership Director. She is a retired nursing instructor and currently an Instructor in the Wellness Center at Idaho State University. Kathy has been a registered nurse for over 40 years and has seen the devastating effects that lack of health care can have on, not only patients but patient’s families as well. "Regular health care visits and timely interventions in chronic illnesses prevent catastrophic physical and financial outcomes. Grace Jacobson, PhD, RN
Grace is a veteran, has been a member of the Idaho Nurses Association since 1975, and an assistant professor in the nursing department at ISU for over 30 years. She is also one of the founders of the Pocatello Free Clinic! [email protected]
Alex Bolinger, PhD, MBA, MA, BBA
Alex Bolinger, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business at Idaho State University. Dr. Bolinger completed his doctoral degree at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah and, prior to joining Idaho State University, was on the faculty at Pennsylvania State University’s Brandywine campus. Dr. Bolinger’s research interests focus on groups and teams, negotiation, entrepreneurship, and employment in service professions. His work has been published in the Harvard Business Review, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, and Small Group Research, among other outlets. He has also consulted with local and regional health care organizations on facilitating teamwork, coordination, and psychological safety. An advocate of active learning and student engagement with the community, Dr. Bolinger created the "Make-a-Wish Challenge" at ISU, initiated an Honors class where students work in teams to write a local history book that is published by Arcadia Publishing, and his teams of MBA students have repeatedly taken home hardware from the International Collegiate Business Strategy Competition (ICBSC) in Anaheim, California. He was voted by the Associated Students of Idaho State University as the school's "Professor of the Year" for 2015-2016. [email protected]
Meg Long-Woodhouse RDH, BS
Meg Long is a Registered Dental Hygienist and Clinical Associate Professor on the faculty at ISU in the Department of Dental Hygiene. Meg has been on the Board of Directors at the PFC for 14 years and has served as President along with many other duties. She currently supervises Senior Dental Hygiene students on rotations offering clinical care to PFC patients. Meg serves on the Idaho State Board of Dentistry, the Western Regional Exam Board as a licensing examiner, and works in private practice with the dental residents at the Idaho Advanced General Dentistry Residency in Pocatello. Mike Doyle, PA-C
Mike was born Jersey City, NJ and raised Falls Church, VA. Prior to coming to ID, he lived in Bowie, MD where he worked in Family Practice and Sports Medicine. Mike was a Navy Corpsman 1967- 1971, which started his career in medicine. He then graduated from the George Washington University PA Program in 1975. Mike spent 16 years (1992- 2009) in the US Air Force Reserve as a PA retiring as a Lt. Col. He says that the best move he ever made was coming to Idaho. Since being here Mike has worked in the Rural Health Clinic, helped establish the Family Practice Residency program, worked and currently works in Student Health. He was awarded the Physician Assistant Excellence Award in 2009 and the Outstanding Uniform PA of the Year by the Veterans Caucus of the American Academy of PAs in 2000. His hobbies are leathercraft, he enjoys volunteering in a few organizations and riding horseback. [email protected]

Roger Boe, MD
Roger Boe MD practiced as a pediatrician in Pocatello for 34 years from 1965 to 1999. In 1999 he retired from active practice to become the national coordinator/consultant for a medical mission organization for the United Methodist Church, which continued for the next 12 years. He now serves as the medical director for Developmental options, a residential facility for adults with severe disabilities. In the early years of the Free Clinic, he was active as a physician volunteer. He currently is on the Board of directors of the Pocatello Art Center and is active in the local Methodist Church. He married to Donna, former City Council member and state legislator. He is a serious amateur photographer, and enjoys hiking and visiting our beautiful west. [email protected]
